Mr. Kaplan received his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Statistics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2010. He then went on to the University of Arizona where he received his Juris Doctor in 2013. Mr. Kaplan is an executive committee member of the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Kaplan has been repeatedly honored by the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada for his pro bono and volunteer efforts.     Brittany A. Young was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Las Vegas after graduating from college in 2010. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion from Coastal Carolina University where she received a Division One Softball Scholarship and was a First-Team Academic All-American. During her time at Coastal, Mrs. Young led the NCAA with the most sacrifice hits in a season while also being honored as the top student in her major. After graduation, Mrs. Young was hired as a Neuromodulation Clinical Specialist with Boston Scientific, working directly with physicians and their patients to assist with Spinal Cord Stimulators. Mrs. Young developed a passion for helping those in pain and wanted to make more of an impact by becoming an attorney. She earned her Juris Doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV where she graduated early in December 2014. During law school, Mrs. Young worked as a Law Clerk for a personal injury law firm and developed a love for the practice. After graduation, she accepted a Judicial Clerkship for the Honorable Jerry A. Wiese II where she co-authored Chapter 24, “Jury Trials” for the Nevada Civil Law Practice Manual. Mrs. Young’s clerkship ended in March 2016, and she was hired as an associate with a top personal injury firm where she successfully represented hundreds of injured clients over the course of six years. Mrs. Young joined Kaplan Young as a Partner in December 2021 where she continues to specialize in personal injury and workers’ compensation. Mrs. Young knows the true meaning of client advocacy and strives to represent each client the same way she would represent a family member. She takes great pride in what she does, always fights for her clients, and is committed to being accessible, honest, and determined to achieve the best possible outcome. Mrs. Young is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and is licensed to practice in all Nevada State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada. In her spare time, Mrs. Young enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, working out, and volunteering as a member of the Junior League of Las Vegas.
