Our independent training facility is centrally located within 20 minutes of anywhere in the Las Vegas valley. We provide a variety of programs to meet all levels. Functional, HIIT, Circuit, Athletic, Weight Training, and more will provide our clients & members with dynamic training in a motivating environment where people can work toward a shared goal of improved Health & Fitness. Try our very popular, high-energy FIIT (Functional Intense Interval Training) classes, along with Small Group and/or Private Personal Training Programs, or simply use our Open Gym Access for your own independent training, to achieve greater health and fitness results than ever before, and have fun doing it.
