Growing up in Havana, Cuba, Ricardo Manuel Garateix moved to Mexico for five years before coming to the U.S. The experience taught him the value of understanding different cultures and diverse ways of thinking, which makes him a valuable asset at ArchWell Health. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two teenage daughters, traveling, and Brazilian Jiujitsu.
