Molly Rosenblum is the Owner and Founding Attorney of The Rosenblum Allen Law Firm. Molly grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and graduated from Valley High School. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Reno in 1997 and worked as an analyst in the gaming industry for several years prior to obtaining her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2002. While in law school, Molly was a member of the law review, moot court and public interest lawyers associations. She graduated from law school cum laude and received the Dean’s Award for Academic Performance. Molly had the honor of working for Chief Judge Phillip Pro in the Federal Court before pursing her career in litigation. After graduating from law school, Molly spent the first several years of her career working alongside and learning from litigation legend J. Mitchell Cobeaga. As a litigator, she focused in the areas of criminal defense, family law, personal injury, premises liability and medical malpractice. In 2005, Molly founded The Rosenblum Allen Law Firm with a goal of providing quality legal representation to residents of Clark County and Nye County. The firm’s philosophy has always been to provide high quality legal representation and to treat every client’s case like the most important case. Throughout her career, Molly has tried a number of family law, criminal defense and civil cases to verdict. She is a Member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and a certified Parenting Coordinator. Currently, Ms. Rosenblum runs one of the most successful practices in the State of Nevada. In her personal time, Molly is an avid triathlete and runner. She has completed several marathons and half marathons and has participated in Ironman in Arizona, Ironman Santa Rosa and Ironman St. George. Sheila Tajbakhsh is a Senior Attorney at the Rosenblum Allen Law Firm. Sheila grew up in Portland, Oregon, and has called Las Vegas home since 2002. Sheila’s early interest in law was nurtured during her time at Advanced Technologies Academy High School, where she focused on Pre-Law studies, mock trial competitions, and forensics. She continued her education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning her Bachelor of Arts in 2013. While attending UNLV, Sheila gained invaluable experience through internships with the Clark County Public Defender's Office homicide team and the United States Senate. These opportunities solidified her commitment to serving others through the practice of law. Sheila went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2018. During law school, Sheila was actively involved as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Organization of Women Law Students, and working full time at different law firms to further enhance her practical legal skills. Prior to joining the team, she spent 19 years as a partner at Mushkin & Rosenblum, Chartered, where she built a reputation for providing steady, practical representation to families across Southern Nevada. Beth’s practice covers the full spectrum of family law, including divorce, legal separation, child custody and placement, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She is also experienced in handling juvenile dependency matters and property division involving complex and high‑asset issues. In addition to her private practice, Beth has served as a Pro Tem Domestic Violence Commissioner. She joined the Rosenblum Allen Law Firm after serving as the Managing Attorney at Bonanza Legal Group for five years, bringing a unique perspective that combines judicial insight with practical advocacy. Gayle’s practice covers the full spectrum of domestic relations. Clients look to her for guidance in divorce, child custody and placement, child support, guardian ad litem matters, guardianship, and high-asset property division. She is also experienced in mediation, paternity, and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Public service has been central to Gayle’s career. She was elected to the Family Court bench in 2010 and served through 2014. This experience gives her clients a distinct advantage: a clear view of courtroom expectations and judicial decision-making.
