  Molly Rosenblum Esq, PC​

  Owner & Founding Attorney​

  Molly Rosenblum is the Owner and Founding Attorney of The Rosenblum Allen Law Firm. Molly grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada and graduated from Valley High School. She obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Reno in 1997 and worked as an analyst in the gaming industry for several years prior to obtaining her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2002. While in law school, Molly was a member of the law review, moot court and public interest lawyers associations. She graduated from law school cum laude and received the Dean’s Award for Academic Performance. Molly had the honor of working for Chief Judge Phillip Pro in the Federal Court before pursing her career in litigation. After graduating from law school, Molly spent the first several years of her career working alongside and learning from litigation legend J. Mitchell Cobeaga. As a litigator, she focused in the areas of criminal defense, family law, personal injury, premises liability and medical malpractice. In 2005, Molly founded The Rosenblum Allen Law Firm with a goal of providing quality legal representation to residents of Clark County and Nye County. The firm’s philosophy has always been to provide high quality legal representation and to treat every client’s case like the most important case. Throughout her career, Molly has tried a number of family law, criminal defense and civil cases to verdict. She is a Member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts and a certified Parenting Coordinator. Currently, Ms. Rosenblum runs one of the most successful practices in the State of Nevada. In her personal time, Molly is an avid triathlete and runner. She has completed several marathons and half marathons and has participated in Ironman in Arizona, Ironman Santa Rosa and Ironman St. George. However, her biggest accomplishment is her family especially her two children.

  Sheila Tajbakhsh Esq​

  Senior Attorney

  Sheila Tajbakhsh is a Senior Attorney at the Rosenblum Allen Law Firm. Sheila grew up in Portland, Oregon, and has called Las Vegas home since 2002. Sheila’s early interest in law was nurtured during her time at Advanced Technologies Academy High School, where she focused on Pre-Law studies, mock trial competitions, and forensics. She continued her education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning her Bachelor of Arts in 2013. While attending UNLV, Sheila gained invaluable experience through internships with the Clark County Public Defender's Office homicide team and the United States Senate. These opportunities solidified her commitment to serving others through the practice of law. Sheila went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2018. During law school, Sheila was actively involved as Vice President of the Student Bar Association, a member of the Organization of Women Law Students, and working full time at different law firms to further enhance her practical legal skills. Sheila joined Rosenblum Allen Law Firm in 2017 as a law clerk. Sheila's tenure at Rosenblum Allen Law Firm has been marked by her unwavering dedication to her clients and her exceptional persuasive writing style, which consistently set her apart as a formidable advocate both in and out of the courtroom. Bringing with her nearly a decade of experience working in the civil/domestic and criminal realm, Sheila’s practice areas include all facets of family law, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, criminal defense, personal injury, guardianship, and estate planning. Sheila is a confident advocate who leverages her extensive knowledge of the law and sharp procedural skills, to achieve the most favorable outcomes for her clients.   Beth Rosenblum, Esq

  Attorney

  Beth I. Rosenblum, Esq. is a highly experienced family law attorney who joined the Rosenblum Allen Law Firm in 2024. Prior to joining the team, she spent 19 years as a partner at Mushkin & Rosenblum, Chartered, where she built a reputation for providing steady, practical representation to families across Southern Nevada. Beth’s practice covers the full spectrum of family law, including divorce, legal separation, child custody and placement, child support, spousal maintenance, paternity, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She is also experienced in handling juvenile dependency matters and property division involving complex and high‑asset issues. In addition to her private practice, Beth has served as a Pro Tem Domestic Violence Commissioner. This role reflects her deep dedication to protecting vulnerable individuals and supporting a fair family court system. Clients describe Beth’s approach as practical and communicative; she emphasizes early expectation setting and thorough preparation to help clients navigate the most fraught times of their lives with confidence. Beth earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) in 2005, where she was a member of both Law Review and Moot Court. Before law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University in 2000. Her background in journalism—including time working for the CBS affiliate in Salt Lake City—strengthens her written advocacy and her ability to communicate complex legal issues in plain language. Beth has been an active member of the State Bar of Nevada (Bar No. 9672) since 2005. Her commitment to service was recognized in May 2015 when she was named Pro Bono Volunteer of the Month by the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada. In her personal time, Beth is an endurance athlete. She is a 17-time Ironman finisher and has completed ten marathons

  Gayle Nathan, Esq.

  Gayle Nathan, Esq. is a seasoned family law attorney and a former Family Court Judge (Dept. T) with 37 years of legal experience. She joined the Rosenblum Allen Law Firm after serving as the Managing Attorney at Bonanza Legal Group for five years, bringing a unique perspective that combines judicial insight with practical advocacy. Gayle’s practice covers the full spectrum of domestic relations. Clients look to her for guidance in divorce, child custody and placement, child support, guardian ad litem matters, guardianship, and high-asset property division. She is also experienced in mediation, paternity, and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Public service has been central to Gayle’s career. She was elected to the Family Court bench in 2010 and served through 2014. This experience gives her clients a distinct advantage: a clear view of courtroom expectations and judicial decision-making. Additionally, she holds a mediation certificate and has mediated matters for other lawyers, reflecting her commitment to resolution when settlement serves a client’s long-term interests. Gayle earned her Juris Doctor from Touro Law School in 1988. Her background is uniquely rooted in education and literature; she holds a Master of Science in Special Education from Long Island University (1980) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from SUNY Binghamton (1975). Gayle credits her Special Education background with giving her a unique insight into child development, which is invaluable in custody cases. Gayle has been an active member of the State Bar of Nevada (Bar No. 4917) since 1993. She served on the Clark County Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education committee for nearly a decade and has contributed to the legal community through scholarship, including publishing an article on “Private Trials” in the Communiqué. Her career includes handling incredibly complex matters, such as prevailing in a long-term custody case involving severe substance abuse where she secured a stable future for the children. She has also testified in two death penalty cases regarding the family court proceedings of former clients who were victims of domestic violence—experiences that underscore the gravity of her work and the absolute necessity of safety planning. Outside the office, Gayle is a mother to two adult daughters. She is also a talented artist and author who exhibits her work locally. In October 2025, she held an art show where she sold original works, prints, and three books she authored.
