Ana Maria De Oca brings more than three decades of practice experience to her position with Intermountain Health.Ana Maria is a nurse practitioner specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. She enjoys taking care of pregnant patients because she believes bringing a child into this world is always a blessing and to be a part of that journey is a humbling experience each time.She earned her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas and completed residency at Mary Johnston Hospital in Manila. She is a diplomate and fellow of the Philippine Obstetrics and Gynecologic Society. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing at the Charles Drew University of Medicine and Science in Los Angeles, CA and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a certified lactation consultant by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners and a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.In her free time, she enjoys scrapbooking, photography, and cooking. She is fluent in Tagalog and conversational in Spanish.
