Description
Dr. Jay Hsu joined Intermountain Health in 2017 and specializes in Cardiology and Internal Medicine. He enjoys watching patients improve over time and providing continuity of care to facilitate that for them.Dr. Hsu earned a degree in Economics and Biology before earning his MD/MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He did his residency at Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles in Internal Medicine where he was Chief Resident for Internal Medicine. He did his fellowship training in the same place in Cardiology, where he was Chief Fellow in Cardiology.Dr. Hsu grew up in Nebraska and later moved to Los Angeles. If he hadn’t chosen to practice medicine, he would most likely have become an architect. In his spare time, he enjoys taking several international trips a year. As a boy, he collected Matchbox cars – and today he enjoys detailing real cars. He also owns a German Shepard and a Great Pyrenees, and he enjoys walking and caring for them.
