• Steven Strobeck

  DVM

  Dr. Steve Strobeck has been a veterinarian in Las Vegas for over 24 years. He attended veterinary school at Colorado State University. He feels fortunate to still love coming to work every day. Dr. Strobeck is on the board of the Las Vegas Animal Emergency Clinic. This clinic was started to meet the after hours needs of pets in the Las Vegas valley. On his days off, he enjoys spending time with his family. They enjoy taking many family trips together.

• Kerry Davis

  DVM

  Already having her Masters degree in Public Management, Dr. Kerry Davis decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 2003. After graduating she went on to do an post-DVM internship in small animal medicine and surgery in Mesa Arizona. When not working, Dr. Davis enjoys hiking, skiing, travel, and canine sports, especially agility. She also likes spending time with her husband and pets, which currently include 2 Australian shepherds, 2 cats and an umbrella cockatoo. Dr. Davis has been with VCA since 2004.

• Jen Saponas

  DVM

  Dr. Saponas was born and raised in Colorado. She earned her BS in Zoology with an Animal Science minor from Oregon State University. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from The Univerisity of Missouri's College of Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school Dr. Saponas decided humidity did not agree with her and moved west to Las Vegas. She joined VCA Hualapai Animal Hospital in June of 2005. In her spare time, Dr. Saponas is typically with her four-legged kids: Gremlin and Jynx, two Domestic Shorthair cats, Raja a Rottweiler, Jacie, an Australian Shepherd. She has recently discovered the exciting sport of agility with Raja and Jacie. When not training with her dogs, she can usually be found with a good book or messing around on her computers. She also enjoys hiking and camping when the weather permits.

• Thalisa Love

  DVM

  Dr. Thalisa Love grew up in Houston, Texas and earned her Bachelors degree from The University of Texas at Austin. She earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine in Alabama. Dr. Love has been practicing medicine in Las Vegas since graduating veterinary school in 2003 and has been with VCA since 2008. Dr. Love shares her home with her husband, son and her Labrador, Josephine. They will always, lovingly remember her faithful dog, Sosa, and loquacious and affectionate cat Jelly.

• Beatrix Jenei

  DVM

  Dr. Jenei earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from University of Maryland at College Park. She received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (Virginia Tech). After practicing in Boston and Philadelphia she moved across country to the sunny Las Vegas and join VCA Hualapai Animal Hospital in December, 2011. When she's not at work, Dr. Jenei enjoys spending time with her husband Walter, baby daughter Clara, their beloved great dane Adi, and 3 sweet cats, Fulesh, Pixie and Luka. She also enjoys, outdoor activities, such as hiking, skiing, and traveling.
