There are many similar apt prices in the Airport area. To tell you the truth they plain are in areas that one would not want to reside daily. the Pine Creek is located in an area where is it safe , quiet and secluded. The owner is very particular in renting to tenants he feels is not of any type of trouble to the tenants or the property, and pays attention to detail in the units . The units are clean, free of any bugs. The Pine Creek, I would recommend for a stable long term place to live. Definately, after researching the area myself and living there for three years, The Pine Creek would be the best value. Mary Diiorio
