Answered all my questions, got back to me on all my calls, technician was very knowledgeable. I love my system, its very convenient, and i love the fact that besides the calls and two way intercom interaction when my alarm trips i also get emails explaining in detail what was tripped, time, and the actions that were taken. Non of my previous alarms did that and the other companies that came out didn't seem to know their own product 100%. thanks for everything
