Two days before leaving for vacation to Las Vegas I purchased an I-Pad Air from Best Buy in Pearl City, Hawaii. I was having difficulty setting up the I-Pad and not getting much assistance from Best Buy without having to pay. I decided to visit the Apple Store at the Fashion Show Mall (5/25/14). The first employee I approached did not seem interested in helping me out. I sort of got brushed off. I then went to another employee, Rob Meagher, and he was very helpful in getting me started. I am an older person who is not computer literate. Rob was very patient, answered all of my questions from A-Z, and set everything up (short cuts included) for me. He also showed me how to get to the "I Book" if I had other questions after my visit. I am most appreciative of his assistance. He should be commended for a job well done. I very much enjoy my I-Pad Air and it is everything and more that I expected it to be.
