  Rachel Taylor is a graduate of Michigan State University. She had a successful financial service industry career in Michigan and Las Vegas before starting to represent Allstate in 2007. Rachel is a CFP� professional/certificant and together she can help families select life insurance, long term care and additional insurance that suits their needs.

  I began my insurance career with this agency in 2003. My favorite part of the job is getting to know the customers and their families. I enjoy taking care of the office mascots and the cat who owns the porch. Originally from Alabama, I am a University of Alabama fan. I moved to Las Vegas in 1959 and now live in Providence in the northwest part of Las Vegas. When I am not in the office, I enjoy babysitting my three grandsons and hiking with my buddy, Samson, who is one of the office mascots.

  Emily joined our team in July 2020 and loves getting to know and building relationships with customers we assist every day. Outside of work, she has a German shepherd named Shadow who, true to her name, follows Emily everywhere. Together, they love going to the park and pet store. You�ll also find Emily spending time with family riding on all-terrain vehicles or camping at Dumont Dunes. Fun fact: she loves chocolate ice cream.

  Office Mascot

  Gabby is our English Labrador and my heart. She has been a lazy dog since she was born. She prefers cuddling and snacks to any sort of movement. Her favorite part of the day is when kids show up � she flips over begging for cuddles and a belly rub.

  Samson

  Office Mascot

  Joey rescued Samson, and the dog returns the affection to his papa Joey. He's a funny little dog that loves to be in your lap and held. He is also very sweet. He only works part time so if you want to cuddle him, stop by any Monday or Friday.

  Grace

  Grace is a golden retriever who lives to serve, loves to play and enjoys walks. As a rescue pet, it�s no wonder Grace knows she found the perfect home. She would take a hug over a treat any day!

  Poppy

  Agency Cat

  Poppy came to us as an abandoned house cat five years ago. He was scared and skinny, but nobody stays skinny in our family! Within a year, he became our fat cat and allows Misty to hold and love him. He greets Misty at the door every morning. He has a house in the courtyard for when it's cold and sleeps in the palm tree soil when it's hot. He�ll come in to the office for food and love during the day. The neighbors love him, too, and feed him on weekends and holidays.

  Sabrina Busam

  Sabrina joined our Allstate agency in 2019, and we were excited to have someone with such excellent customer service skills. She enjoys the opportunity to assist customers with their insurance questions and operations around the office. Sabrina is also bilingual and able to assist customers who prefer to speak German. In her spare time, Sabrina can often be found crocheting, working on crafts and playing with her dog, Cody.

  Emily was born and raised in Las Vegas, and she takes great pride in assisting others in her community with their unique insurance needs. Emily joined our team in 2020, and she welcomes the opportunity to help customers with their auto, home and other insurance opportunities.   Scarlet Fire is a Bernese Mountain dog mixed with a poodle. She is super friendly and loves to greet people. She also loves the kitties that live on the porch in front of the office. She sets the example for everyone to get along! Her favorite hobbies include hiking in Lee Canyon, playing with her big brother Bio, and working in the office with our other mascot, Samson.

  Clarisse started with our agency in 2023, and is knowledgeable about insurance. She is an experienced customer service and insurance professional who has been working in the industry since 2010. She holds a Bachelors degree in Advertising and Public Relations from Assumption College, Makati, Philippines. She is fluent in Tagalog. When she’s not working you can find Clarisse exploring her passion shopping and looking for deals, traveling and trying street food in Asia and the Americas. She also enjoys attending concerts.
