Dr. Nicole Mackie
ProsthodontistDr. Mackie is a board certified prosthodontist with extensive clinical and surgical experience in implant and restorative dentistry. After receiving her BS in Biological Sciences from Wayne State University in Michigan, Dr. Mackie continued her studies at New York University where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2007. Three years later, she received her Master of Science, Post-Doctoral Specialty, Certificate in Prosthodontics from Columbia University in New York. Dr. Mackie then took her education and training even further and earned her Implantology Fellowship Certificate of Achievement from Columbia University. Before joining ClearChoice Las Vegas, Dr. Mackie teamed up with several of her associates to treat patients at both prosthodontic and general dentistry private practices in Michigan, New York and New Jersey. She also enjoys being highly involved with research and on-going clinical studies, and stands out as a leader in numerous professional dental organizations.

Dr. B. Alex Isom
Oral and Maxillofacial SurgeonDr. Isom graduated Magna Cum Laude and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. He completed his residency in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the Highland Hospital, Alameda County Medical Center. His interests then led him to a research position, where he performed in-depth studies in the field of maxillofacial surgery. After caring for patients in private practice for several years, Dr. Isom joined the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Center in Las Vegas. He uses his surgical and research experience to provide care to those in search of a permanent solution to chronic dental health issues. Dr. Isom is a proud Nevada native, born and raised in Las Vegas.
